

About Coach
​Coach Rodriguez has spent over 12 years working as a strength and conditioning professional. His passion and drive to continually develop himself as a coach has helped him successfully support the performance needs for two professional soccer clubs, one division 1A collegiate athletic football program, two highly successful high school athletic programs, two world class performance training privately run companies, and thousands of athletes and adults just like you. In his most recent role, Coach R. provided support through his advisory position to various United States special forces components. With a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science that’s focused on Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention, he specializes in coaching and programming that consists of athletic performance enhancement, strength and muscle mass development, crossfit, adult fitness, and in preparing tactical athletes to meet the physical demands of their occupations.

Through the creation of CR-Athletics, Coach Rodriguez is excited for the opportunity to provide in-person or remote strength and conditioning support to any and all motivated individuals seeking to improve their physical preparation and performance. ​
