Our Student-Athlete Custom Coaching experience is designed for athletes looking to take their sports performance to the next level. We craft individualized training programs tailored to your performance needs, goals, and health history.

Not only will we design a training program specifically for you but you will also have professional Strength & Conditioning support by your side every step of the way.

HOW STUDENT-ATHLETE CUSTOM COACHING WORKS
  • New athletes will complete the CR-Athletics intake form and then will be given the option to schedule either a 30 minute call, a 30 minute virtual assessment, or a 60 minute in-person assessment with Coach Rodriguez 

  • Next, athletes will choose to either train online or in-person

 

Online Training

  • All training will occur through the TrainHeroic app / platform

  • Weekly check-in's will take place at an agreed time & day and will be either over the phone, via zoom, or facetime.

In-Person Training

  • Upon completion of the intake form and initial assessment athletes will chose their pack size and training frequency

    • We offer packs of 8, 16, 24, or 36 total sessions

    • Athletes can choose to train 2x, 3x, or 4x per week 

    • Therefore, if an athlete chooses an 8-pack, they can train 2x per week for 1 month OR if an athlete chooses a 16-pack, they can train 2x per week for 2 months

  • Once an athlete has chosen a pack size and training frequency, their strength & conditioning coach will design a sport-specific and individualized program based on goals, injury history, and assessment findings

  • Once the training program is ready, new athletes will have 1-on-1 orientation sessions with a CR-Athletics coach

  • After their initial orientation sessions, athletes will coordinate with their coach and schedule all their training sessions 

  • Athletes have 24 weeks (6 months) to use their sessions

  • $100 / Month for Student Athletes

​

*Includes formal weekly checkins to ensure progress, opportunity to DM your coach whenever needed, detailed exercise prescription, workout tracking, progressive warmups & cooldowns, and post workout nutrition guidance

**Payments are month-to-month and athlete has the option to cancel at anytime

In-Person Training

  • $75 / Session

  • 8 pack = $600

  • 16 pack = $1200

  • 24 pack = $1800

  • 32 pack = $2400

*Must train 2-4 times per week. Athletes have 24 weeks (6 months) to use their sessions

**Packages can be purchased in full or broken up into payments
