HOW TO GET STARTED

Step 1: Talk with a Coach

Schedule a 15-minute, no pressure call with our team to discuss your hopes and goals for your health

Step 2: Get Your Assessment​

​

We'll dive into your training and injury history, goals, and how you move, so we can create a safe, individualized program just for you. 

Step 3: Crush Your Goals! ​

​

We coach and support you as you follow your training program, crush your goals, and set new ones!

WHAT IS AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT?
  • 45 - 60 minutes in length

  • One-on-One assessment with a professional strength coach

  • Serves as a roadmap for creating your unique and personalized training program

  • Allows us to learn about your health history, movement patterns, and fitness goals

  • Once you complete your initial assessment, we work with you to decide whether online coaching or in-person coaching is best for you

Online Only Training

  • $150 / Month for Competitive Adults

*Includes formal weekly checkins to ensure progress, opportunity to DM your coach whenever needed, detailed exercise prescription, workout tracking, progressive warmups & cooldowns, and post workout nutrition guidance

**Payments are month-to-month with the option to cancel at anytime

In-Person Training

  • $100 / Session

  • 8 pack = $800

  • 16 pack = $1600

  • 24 pack = $2400

  • 32 pack = $3200

*Must train 2-4 times per week. Athletes have 24 weeks (6 months) to use their sessions

**Packages can be purchased in full or broken up into payments
